The file is read in your browser and is never uploaded. Column names like Surname, Given names, Rank, Nationality, Date of birth, Passport no. and Passport expiry are recognized.
How it works
Each document is marked expired if it ends before the arrival date, within the margin if it ends inside the months you set after arrival, and valid if it lasts beyond them. Crew needing a look come first.
Entry rules differ by country, so set the margin the port or your agent asks for. The spreadsheet is read in your browser and never uploaded.
